Lost & Found
Unfortunately, bikes are lost from time to time due to vandalism. If you discover one of our bikes in no-parking zones, in ditches, bushes or other unusual places, you can report it via our app under "Damage" and selecting the category "Bike found", or you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This way we can collect the bikes, repair them and quickly make them available to our customers again.
