We will discontinue the Komfort tariff on 31 July 2026 and kindly ask you to switch to the Starter, Member, or Member Plus tariff.

Please let us know your preferred tariff in writing by email by 21 July 2026.

If you no longer wish to use Call a Bike, you do not need to take any further action. In this case, we will terminate your contract in due course as of 31 July 2026 and delete any data that is no longer required. The base fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
